Websites

Five seconds tokeep or lose them.

What it is

A visitor decides whether to stay before they finish the first sentence. We build the site around that moment, then keep it fast.

to going live
What happens in five seconds02

We checked 2,683 businesses near you. 809 have no website, and plenty of the rest would be better off that way.

A slow page on a phone, a form nobody answers, a number you cannot tap. Each one sends the visitor back to the search results, where your competitor is waiting. The fix is rarely a redesign. It is deciding what the page is for.

Second 0Arrives
Whatever loads first is your first impression. On most small business sites that is a spinner.
Second 2Reads
One sentence has to answer what you do, who for, and where. If it takes a scroll, it is too late.
Second 5Acts or leaves
One obvious next step. Two competing buttons is the same as none.
What you get03

Built to be used, not admired.

  • Custom design. We draw the layout around your business rather than fitting you into a theme.
  • Mobile first. Most of your visitors arrive on a phone, so we design that screen before the desktop one.
  • One next step per page. Every page knows what it wants the visitor to do.
  • Forms that reach you. Tested on a real phone, on real data, before launch.
  • You own everything. The domain, the hosting login and the files are in your name from day one.
  • Kept fast afterwards. Care plans cover updates, backups and the speed that quietly rots.

Honest about scope

If the landing page covers you, we’ll say so on the call rather than sell you the bigger one.

The build04

Three weeks, start to live.

Week 1

Structure and copy

What pages exist, what each has to do, and what it says. Written before anything is designed, because the words decide the layout.

Week 2

Design

The home page first, on mobile, for you to react to. Once that is right the rest follows quickly.

Week 3

Build and test

We build it, then open it on an actual phone on mobile data and submit every form to check it arrives.

Launch

Live, and yours

You get the logins, a short video showing how to change text yourself, and a care plan if you want one.

Questions05
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?

Yes. It is built on WordPress and you get a login plus a short video walking through how to change text and images. Anything structural is quicker for us to do, and that is what the care plan covers.

Do I need the care plan?

No. The site is yours and it will keep working without it. The plan covers updates, backups, security and speed, which are the things that quietly break six months after launch when nobody is watching.

What about hosting and the domain?

Both in your name and paid by you, which is a small monthly and annual cost depending on the host. We set it up and hand you the logins. Nobody should be renting their own domain from their agency.

I already have a site. Can you fix it instead?

Sometimes. If the structure is sound we can update what you have, and you will spend far less than a rebuild. If it is fighting you, rebuilding is cheaper than repairing. We will tell you which after looking at it.

Let’s find out if we’re a fit.

Fifteen minutes, no pitch. We’ll tell you what we’d do first and what it would cost, even if that turns out to be no.
